You would have to have been living on the moon recently to have avoided all the good advice about how we should all be living a healthier lifestyle. I don’t want to add to your burden but it’s also true that a healthy lifestyle helps with stress management.
Healthy life = lower stress
It can be a little annoying to be bombarded with lots of advice about how we should be living a healthy lifestyle but sadly I have to do it again. People who live a healthy lifestyle tend to manage stress better than those who don’t. Smoking, heavy drinking, poor diet, not enough sleep etc all contribute to making stress worse (despite what popular culture might want us to believe).
I don’t want to be a spoil sport and turn everyone into obsessive health fanatics but even small changes can help.
So this week pick on one thing you are going to try and change. Perhaps stop smoking or cut down on the alcohol you consume. Just do something to improve your lifestyle.
What do you do to improve your health?
Why not share with others the simple things you do to improve your health. They don’t have to be great and wonderful often the simplest suggestions work the best.
