Good time in Berlin

It was a great experience having the chance to share my understanding of stress with so many people from the health profession. I always welcome the chance to speak and especially when its to an international gathering.
My message is always a simple one that it is possible to live a happy life without suffering with so much stress. There are many simple things we can do to change our lifestyle and the way we think to reduce stress and improve life.
Here is a simple thing you can try today. When you meet someone assume that they can sort out the problem that you are experiencing. Don’t be obnoxious but in your mind assume that they have an answer to your needs. Now go ahead and be friendly to them listening for that bit of help that they are going to give you. Then when they give it be grateful. Being friendly isn’t difficult and this simple technique will help you to listen to what they have to say.
