Exercise is good for the brain

In a recent study scientists have discovered that those older people who exercise regularly tend to have ‘healthier’ brains than those that don’t.

Endurance Exercise can make you younger (or your heart at least)

Older people who undertake endurance training end up with a much younger heart according to a study conducted at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Presumably this would be true for anyone else who did the same.
